「This residence has it all what a traveller need: close to airport and shopping centre, seamless check-in and check-out, clean facility with a kitchenette for self cooking - I as a vegetarian loved it, I would stay here again and provide strong recommendation.」

「Amazing place! The apartment is modern, stylish, and located right in the heart of Rotermann, one of Tallinn’s coolest and most vibrant neighborhoods. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and about 25 minutes from the harbor. The host was amazing and super responsive throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「非常失望的住宿體驗。 我們於 8 月 31 日晚上約 22:00 抵達，入住後不到一小時便因實際住宿環境不適合而離開，從未在此過夜，後續四晚也完全沒有使用。 實際房間與照片給人的印象有明顯落差。房間昏暗、狹小，格局也很不理想。房內沒有空調，只有一個小風扇，但風扇運轉時噪音很明顯。房間整體非常不通風，空氣很悶；但如果開窗，又會聽到車輛加速及引擎聲，因此很難在房內安靜休息，根本無法好好睡覺。浴室非常小，就在床頭旁邊，通風效果也不佳，窗簾的遮光效果也不足。 房間整體維護狀況令人失望：沙發老舊且有污漬，洗手台下方的櫃子及抽屜明顯損壞、磨損嚴重，浴室地板有明顯污漬及水痕。浴巾也相當薄且老舊，整體清潔與維護品質都不佳。 最令人失望的是問題處理方式。我們在離開住宿的當下就立即向 Bob W 及 Expedia 反映，並多次聯絡尋求協助，但問題始終沒有得到任何實際處理或解決。 Expedia 後來甚至告知我們住宿方表示「沒有相關紀錄」，而 Expedia...

「优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉 实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味 缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气 所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便」
