“非常失望的住宿體驗。 我們於 8 月 31 日晚上約 22:00 抵達，入住後不到一小時便因實際住宿環境不適合而離開，從未在此過夜，後續四晚也完全沒有使用。 實際房間與照片給人的印象有明顯落差。房間昏暗、狹小，格局也很不理想。房內沒有空調，只有一個小風扇，但風扇運轉時噪音很明顯。房間整體非常不通風，空氣很悶；但如果開窗，又會聽到車輛加速及引擎聲，因此很難在房內安靜休息，根本無法好好睡覺。浴室非常小，就在床頭旁邊，通風效果也不佳，窗簾的遮光效果也不足。 房間整體維護狀況令人失望：沙發老舊且有污漬，洗手台下方的櫃子及抽屜明顯損壞、磨損嚴重，浴室地板有明顯污漬及水痕。浴巾也相當薄且老舊，整體清潔與維護品質都不佳。 最令人失望的是問題處理方式。我們在離開住宿的當下就立即向 Bob W 及 Expedia 反映，並多次聯絡尋求協助，但問題始終沒有得到任何實際處理或解決。 Expedia 後來甚至告知我們住宿方表示「沒有相關紀錄」，而 Expedia……

“Amazing place! The apartment is modern, stylish, and located right in the heart of Rotermann, one of Tallinn’s coolest and most vibrant neighborhoods. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and about 25 minutes from the harbor. The host was amazing and super responsive throughout our stay. “I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided.
