「It’s a great location and nice vibe. Just two things: 1. The bed is up very steep spiral staircase… toilet is downstairs. If you go to the loo in the middle of the night take care! 2. The spare pullout bed was crazy uncomfortable, saggy middle and blocks access to the front door. I gave this feedback and got a slightly passive aggressive response. Much better to just sleep on the bench couch downstairs if you have to.」

「Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night. The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way. Other than this, I would...

「Overall it was OK and in a great spot. However the TV was not working in the main room, which is poor. We were also abruptly told we would be charged extra if we were out by 10.30am instead of 10.00am」

「It need to walk about 30 minutes from bus stop but they provide shuttle bus which are really convinient. It's really close to the beach.」

「The property was a 1-bedroom unit with all the requirements including washing machine and dryer. In the lounge the couch was not very comfortable; the unit had no view to the beach and little natural light. Ther unit was perfect for beach access and great location for Byron Bay and local drives. I would recommend the apartment but not if you're unable to freely walk around and upstairs as the was no elevator.」
