"Our room was ready when we got there even though we got there prior to check in time. Staff very helpful with pointing out locations to eat and sightsee. They welcome us each time we returned to the hotel!!!!"

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."
