“The place is fine. It's conveniently located if you are driving. I would definitely say you might want to rent the car if you're staying here, if you plan on traveling anywhere further than El Tunco. The hotel advertised a pool for every room, but neither of the pools in my two rooms was functional. The filtration systems were not working, leaving the pools cloudy and unusable. “This place is so-so. The photos make it look better than it actually is. It’s a bit far from the beach, but close to the main trucks and cars route. There’s a church close by, so you can hear people singing at night for a couple of hours—not too bad, though. The breakfast is okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff are not very friendly; they just do their job. I don’t think I would stay here again. I would give it a 5 out of 10.”

“What is advertised on the page is not what it looks like in person . It’s rundown and can use an upgrade. Pool was dirty as if they didn’t even attempt to make an effort to clean. Honestly, we didn’t expect much for the price we paid. If you plan to visit surf city and looking for a place to just crash and not expecting much this is it. It is roughly a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, beach and nightlife. The AC & the shower worked well so that’s a plus. ”
