It’s was a wonderful place with stunning views every day, each family member had their own bedroom & bathroom which made it very comfortable, the location is perfect and we walked to most things every night. We also go to experience Monkeys in the trees at the pool, the bar tender was great also I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to CR!

Great accommodations in a great location.

We always love staying at this property. You are in the middle of town and just across the street from the beach. The pool is always a great spot in the afternoon at the swim up bar. We will be back.

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely, updated, clean and very spacious. Located right in center of town, we were able to walk to everything for shopping and eating. The property nanager was very quick in responding to questions, etc. I would highly recommend

Excellent Home Base

Stayed with our 7 and 11 year old daughters. This condo was perfect for our family. Parking was easy, property felt secure, unit was spotless and well stocked. Pictures are accurate. Waking up to ocean views daily was an important criteria for us. Traveling with two young ones we made much use of the washer/dryer. I call this our home base because we also did an overnight near Mt Areal. It was great to not have to pack everything and come back to what felt like home. Five stars! I’d stay again without hesitation

Amazing view

Awesome location! Amazing views. The Google maps link was wrong so had a hard time finding the unit. Great communication from owners. My three teenage girls loved being in the center of town and across from surfing! Would definitely come back!

Condo in paradise

This has to be the best accommodations in all of Tamarindo. I can’t imagine anything being better. We had way more space than we needed but better than having less than needed. Everything you could need is provided. With washer and dryer, I don’t have to worry about laundry when I get back home. I can only hope that this condo is available next time I come. Thank you to the owners for the gifts throughout our stay. Much appreciated. Pura vida!

You don't need a car

This review is late, but much deserved. Tamarindo is great because you don’t need a car. Our family of 6 spent Thanksgiving at this condo and walked everywhere. The view is to die for and we spent a great deal of time on the patio relaxing and having our meals there. The kitchen is nicely equipped and stores are nearby. There is a large lagoon pool below with a swim up bar and just across the street is the beach. It is not as far as it appears in the photo. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was great and all fit very comfortably. the condo has everything you needed and was great. the Pool and a short walk to the beach was great. Tamarindo the town is awesome beach town right on the ocean and tons of places to each. The 6th floor was great and had views of the sunset which is an important part of the day. Sunsets in CR are awesome. i would stay there again.

Park the car and enjoy this Tamarindo Beauty!

This property is very well laid out with a king bed and bathroom in each bedroom and an extra powder room in the living area. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook or grill while watching the sunset from your balcony. The space feels very big and would be perfect for a family or up to 3 couples. Leave your car keys at home because you can walk anywhere from this property. The biggest decision you will have to make is whether to relax at the pool or the beach…don’t stress too much as there is no wrong choice. The property manager was very responsive at all times. Highly recommend this property.

Monkeys and sunsets

If your looking for a great place to stay look no further! This condo has everything you need and more. First the views are amazing and can be seen on any one of the three balcony’s. We enjoyed the sunsets but also enjoyed watching the monkeys our big decision of the day was do we watch the sunset or the monkeys playing in the trees?The location not only gives you amazing views but is also close to everything including a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This condo is spacious and well laid out. All three bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the treats the owner/property management left for us. The next time we are in Tamerindo this is the only place we would stay!

My husband and I stayed with our two sons, their wives, and our baby granddaughter, and there was always room for everyone. It is huge, luxurious, clean, and the views cannot be beat anywhere in the world. We felt safe and very well taken care of. The staff were incredible and answered all of our needs. Our sons surf (one is a serious surfer) and they loved the wave action in the pacific, while the rest of us had a blast in the tremendous pool with a swim-up bar. The town of Tamarindo is fun with friendly people everywhere and GREAT food. You can't go wrong here.

A Week in Paradise!

The views were incredible, as was the amazing art work in the condo. We were pleased with how well the kitchen was appointed and the TV/Internet set up was very easy to use. The management company communicated early and often and were very professional to work with. The only feedback I would give is that the condo could probably use a few more beach towels. Other than that very small matter, a perfect stay!

Beautiful condo within walking distance of everything

Really happy with our stay at Matapalo #606. The condo is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, nice dining area, laundry room (which we used frequently), large covered deck with outdoor dining, and multiple balconies. We had a beautiful ocean view and overlooked the well-maintained pool area. Wi-fi worked well and TV comes with Netflix, which made the kids happy, too. The property is very safe and located within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. RPM was easy to work with and we didn't have any issues with the rental process. We would definitely stay there again. Our only nit, and it's a small one, is they need to put some plastic stripping or something around the master shower door so that the floor doesn't get soaked after every shower. Other than that, this is a fantastic rental and we're looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Nicest Condo Complex in Central Tamarindo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exterior of complex was well maintained, beautiful grounds and clean. Good security. Pool could have been more attended to. Lots of debris in pool, but understandable given the foliage surrounding it. Just need to stay on top of skimming it more. Pool bar nice feature but the thatch roof canopy could be higher and less shaded to add a more light. Again, structural thing not likely to change.Interior of condo furnishings were well appointed (MAT 606). Beautiful view! All three bedrooms had its en suite bathrooms and two of the bedrooms had walk-out furnished balconies as well as one central balcony off living room. Only complaint...bathroom floors were not as clean as they could be and bath mat wasn't clean upon arrival and not changed out or washed at the one-time cleaning during our stay. Lots of towels in the condo, beach and bath, along with extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Nice amenity. Minor Kleenex tissues provided. We let the condo rental company book transportation to and from airport. 25% less than the Diria Hotel concierge. 7-passenger van, nice drivers and timely pick up. Thank you!
