Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in a quiet area of town, just a 15-20 mins walk away from the lively area of Tamarindo. Surround yourself with nature and howler monkeys and other wildlife while you take a dip in the refreshing pool or have coffee on your 3rd floor oversized patio that allows for indoor/outdoor living. Or stay inside in the AC with ample area to hangout, watch TV, or cook a gourmet meal with the group. Perfect place to call your home base!

This spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom modern condominium with open concept living space is the perfect accommodation for families or a small group of friends hoping for a quiet, relaxing time. This new construction condominium is the newest addition to the already well established Gaviotas Condominium complex.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the condominium. In the common areas, take full advantage of cooling off in the refreshing swimming pool and its cool water jacuzzi. There is a BBQ grill and dining table (first come first serve) in the pool area for all residents use.

The space also has a balcony perfect for guests to relax and dine, and remote workers to plug in. Being surrounded by nature with its inhabitants, including howler monkeys and iguanas, and being within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, make this property a popular choice for those that want to explore what Tamarindo has to offer, while being able to wind down and relax in the tranquility of this neighbourhood.

The condominium is in a quiet area of Tamarindo away from the hustle and bustle of it all. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the centre of town and the beach. For comfort and ease, guests can also rent golf carts and cars, subject to availability by the providers.

Parking can be found on the side of the street - it is not guarded or protected. So we encourage guests to use caution when bringing your own transportation.

We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. Furthermore, if there are any issues, please let us know and we will send someone from our team to assess the situation and reach a solution whenever possible! We are here for you throughout your stay!

This property is one of the few units in this quaint complex, away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. A 15-20 minute walk will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the beach! The beach is perfect for swimming, wading in the natural tide pools during low tide, and enjoying the surf whether you are a beginner or more experienced. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet it is in a quiet area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.

Although everything is in walkable distance, a golf cart or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with more ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! For those who want more accessibility, car rentals or private shuttles are also available, but not necessary. Please contact us for reservations.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

We manage multiple homes within this building. If you’re traveling with family or friends and need extra space while still staying close together, we can help coordinate bookings for multiple condos. Please inquire for availability.
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.

The property was just as expected and even more. A bit tricky to find in the dark but we managed once we found the right building. All the essentials were provided plus a small welcome package. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but looked very clean. Parking was unsecured but totally adequate, just didn’t leave anything visible. It was definitely a bit further to the beach and shopping than some of the other rentals but rates were a bit cheaper. Definitely would stay again.
