Best and Cozy place for vacation in Guanacaste!

We love a well equipped and clean place to stay….Spencer’s place was more than equipped, it is cozy, confortable, near of many beaches; Food stores, restaurants …. Safe and secure…we keep in touch with him; and always answer us back right away….He defenitely is very flexible and kind host…..thanks Spencer; We recomend your place 100%….specially if you have kids!

Nice condo, great location

We had a fun 1-week stay at the Oaks. Pool was nice even after beach days - clean, refreshing, quiet. Super location to accessing Tamarindo area. Very safe gated community. Host had great communication.

Relaxing time

Life is very hectic. Working and studying sometimes takes over, but we need to stop and make time for ourselves. “Me lo merezco” are strong words that mean I deserve it. This place is clean, comfortable, very relaxing, and extremely close to all of Costa Rica’s best beaches. I highly will recommend it! 100%. and 5 starts.

Lovely Complex

Very nice complex with lovely pools. Condo is very nice. Fairly well equipped. Could use more cutlery and coffee mugs. Spencer was easily the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with. We enjoyed our stay. A car is a must! Lots of lovely beaches near by and we visited many of them. People in the complex are very friendly.

3 Months in Paradise

We stayed at The Oaks for 3 months. Spencer was helpful even before we got to Costa Rica by giving us information and ideas for our trip. When at the condo he always responded immediately when we messaged him on WhatsApp. Spencer was a joy to work with and I highly recommend him as a someone to rent from. The condo was beautiful and clean. It came with many expected amenities such as cutlery, plates, and cooking supplies. It also had many extras such as a fantatstic blender, pool towels, yoga mats and even snorkel masks. There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher and micowave. It was lovely having our morning coffee on the small deck off of the bedroom with the double beds especially because it overlooked the spectacular main pool since we were on the third floor. The two bathrooms were helpful to have especially when we had guests. Our only complaint would be somewhat inconsistent water pressure in the shower. Maria cleaned the condo to perfection each time she came and Spencer worked with us to have her clean it while we were away. One of many examples of how accommodating Spencer is. The Oaks is a gorgeous complex with friendly staff. We enjoyed the nature that surrounded us like a walking path, colourful flowers, and fruit trees. We got used to the occassions that the howler monkeys woke us in the early mornings because they enjoyed the nature as well! There is a dog park, palapa with a BBQ you can book, an outdoor workout area and plenty of space for parking that you will need to use if you plan on going places. While the Oaks is close to many beautiful beaches, walking or biking is out of the question due to a narrow road with limited space for the ever-busy two-way traffic. We had a fantastic time in paradise largely in thanks to the beautiful place we called "home".
