This well designed Villa is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, provides small ocean view from front bedrooms and just across the street from the prestine Langosta Beach. The villa comes with full kitchen, gas grill, balcony, high speed internet, cable-tv. Sleeps 8 maximum. Lavish, is the only way to describe these beautiful three bedroom villas in Tamarindo. Located in Playa Langosta, just a mile from the center of Tamarindo, the villas have everything you would ever expect in a true luxury vacation rental. The architecture and the attention to detail put them in a class by themselves. Ocean views (some villas), private pools, luxury furnishings, and total security are waiting for you at Courtyard Villas. All the villas feature hand-crafted floor and wall tiles, tropical hardwood doors and cabinetry, ceiling fans, custom kitchens, air conditioning, and more. The entrance to the courtyard is secure, with a doorbell located outside for guests. Upon entering your villa, you encounter a view of the pool and garden area. The main floor is surrounded by a garden and opens to the pool terrace. The custom-designed kitchen offers American-style appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cook top stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The outdoor pool area has ceiling fans and a gas grill. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning. A vacation in your own private villa at the Courtyard is as close to Pura Vida as you can get.

We had an amazing stay, the Villa is across the street from Playa Langosta and just down the road from some great restaurants- El Sapo pizza, the Surf Club, Fish & Cheeses and a local convenience store - well stocked but not inexpensive. The villa itself is very comfortable with a good-sized main floor. Two nice rooms on the second floor, each with ensuite. The third floor has a large bedroom with ensuite, the only trick is that the ‘4th’ bedroom is on that floor, and it’s connected to the larger bedroom. These two rooms share the ensuite and the 4th bedroom only locks from the outside. Great for little kids, but our teen wasn’t thrilled. We really appreciated the laundry facilities and beach towels, and Miguel was very responsive too. Would definitely return, but with a bedroom switch-up for sure.We used uber to get to Tamarindo when needed, and recommend Tamarindo Surf and tours if you’re looking for adventure

The villa was just as advertised - spacious, clean, well-furnished, great private patio and small pool. The location was a great mix of being nearby Tamarindo's restaurants, beach and nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Every room had it's own well working AC. the Pool was lovely and clean, great to relax in at the end of a hot day. There was parking. On a road with a few restaurants and a coffee show. Beach was a 5 min walk away. Small grocery store also 5 min walk away. We rented a golf cart to get to town and back quickly. Entire house was spotless. Very good communication with the host. We loved every minute of our stay. We would come again and stay here.

This villa was a great location to explore Guanacaste. Very spacious, close to beach and several great restaurants, and close enough to Tamarindo to take advantage of all it has to offer (but far away enough away from the action to relax).

Great location

We had a great stay at the Courtyard Villas. The location, just steps from the beach was perfect. It was wonderful having the private pool and beach access. It was a quick and cheap Uber into Tamarindo. Miguel was helpful with booking activities and restaurants. The only issue that we had was that one of the bathrooms caused a ceiling leak into the dining room area so we had to turn off the water and avoid using that bathroom, which was inconvenient. They weren’t able to fix the issue during our 4 night stay. It would have been nice if the house had a binder with house info (use uber, check out procedures, etc). It would have cut down on needing to contact Miguel. The house could use some aesthetic updates (more art on the walls, replacing worn items) and better shower heads. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Overall, it was a great experience and would have been 5 stars if not for the leak issue, which I’m sure will be fixed.

Excellent property for a family vacation

Miguel was amazing. Property is well maintained and very close to beach, grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a tranquil area but still close enough to walk to downtown to eat or shop.

We have been coming to Tamarindo for a few years. It’s become pretty busy and congested so we moved out to Playa Langosta. This townhome is centrally located, 2 minute walk to the beach. It was reasonable well appointed for 2 adult couples. The inside/outside living is very ‘pura vida’. Miguel is an excellent host and took great care of us. Feel like this was a good value and a great location.

Amazing Family Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing vacation with our 5 kids (ages 11 to 22). The property was clean, private and conveniently located. Miguel made our vacation so special and memorable. He is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Miguel was personally available our entire stay and he helped coordinate drivers, excursions and meals for our family. He is outstanding and I have already shared his information with friends at home. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation in Tamarindo!

Great property - safe, quiet, and steps from the beach

The property is as described and well cared for. We appreciated the security gate into the villas and off-street parking for two vehicles. We saw howler monkeys on our street and loved that it was less than a 5 minute walk to Playa Langosta (beach). Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We didn't try to reserve the chef until we arrived, and she was already booked, so if that's something you're interested in, plan ahead. The outdoor shower was great, and the pool was clean and refreshing. We appreciated the pool towels provided. Another big plus was that there is not a long list of to-dos or cleaning instructions for checkout.

Beautiful property

We were really impressed with Miguel's place. It was clean and exactly what we needed for our time in Tamarindo area. The complex it's in is very quiet, it's steps away from Playa Langosta beach, literally, and was nice to escape the busyness of the Tamarindo (which was amazing) We really enjoyed our stay here as a party of 8, the bedroom layouts were great for our two families. The cute neighbourhood kitties added to our stay! :)

Great place to stay with a family

The host Miguel was very accommodating and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. Easy walk across the street to the beach and very nice pool to relax in that was well cleaned and taken care of while we were there.my family had an amazing stay. We rented a golf cart to get around which was perfect and the villa has a parking place and place to charge which was nice.

This property was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, there were two king suites in addition to other sleeping configurations. The living area was comfortable and the dining table was big enough for dining as well as card playing. The pool area was comfortable and inviting. The grill worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were pleasantly surprised to have every other day maid and pool service. The location in Playa Langosta was convenient to the beach and about a mile into Tamarindo. We were able to walk to Tamarindo on the beach as well as the paved road. The Villa was secure with a locked entry gate on the front and back of the property and a different coded lock on the front door of our villa. There is a small grocery store within steps of the property with a sufficient selection of groceries. Sapo is a wonderful pizza/Italian restaurant 1 block away and the Surf Club, also 1 block away is a great sports bar with good food (try the poke martini). Our host Miguel was very responsive to any of our inquiries and took care of all of our needs. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Playa Langosta. Everything was perfect.

Family friendly place across the street from beach

This was a very nice place to stay in Play Langosta for a reasonable price. Communication and check in process were great. House is very clean, has a nice pool and is in a safe community near restaurants and a small grocery. This place has AC that worked throughout the house (not central AC but Individual AC’s that cool nicely). One room sid not have a working AC. The property manager tried to fix it once, but he was unable to fix it. Therefore, we couldn’t stay in that room b/c it was way too hot. Thankfully, there were enough beds for us in the rest of the house so we were just fine. This place is less than a mile from the main part of town with good restaurants, coffee, public beach and lots of activities. We are very pleased with our stay! Thank you!
