Great location and pool

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. The condo had floaties and towels we were able to use for the pool. Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend overall and come back.

Great Stay with Pura Vida

We had a wonderful time at our rental. RPM was responsive and very gracious in allowing us a little extra time in the unit to help keep our baby out of the heat. Overall the place was cozy and well stocked and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for supporting our trip and being so responsive in communications! Would recommend to others!

Amazing week

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Tamarindo. The condo is located centrally in town so you can walk everywhere. The pool is always amazing you can see monkeys, birds, and iguanas! We will be back.

Everything about my vacation was perfect. We absolutely loved Matapalo. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. The pool was amazing. Loved the swim up bar and in water lounge chairs. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I give this place a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay. The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious for our family of 4. Views were awesome and we loved the pool. Having access to the beach through Hotel Diria was nice. The location is great and you can walk to anywhere for food or shopping. The condo had a wonderful kitchen and we cooked breakfast and lunch at the place. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Matapolo. My teenagers really loved the location and being able to walk to so many restaraunts and shops. Large beautiful pool and across the street from the beach.

Perfect location and pool

Perfect location. Steps away from various restaurants, pool, beach. 5 of us rested comfortably. Unit had everything we needed. Top bunk was a little shaky but there were pull out beds that we used for our 7 yr old. Easy drive from airport. Will return.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. No car needed. Many dining and shopping options nearby less than 2 minute walk. Also, Tamarindo beach is just a 2 mins walk across the street. The condo itself was very well stocked with all you need to cook your own meals. Owner had a nice bottle of wine, bread, jam and a beautiful flower arrangement to greet us upon arrival. A very nice touch:) Plenty of hot water in shower,lots of towels, comfortable beds and a very nice size balcony to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay - Very Family Friendly

Our family had a great time staying at this property. We are a family of 4 with two kids, ages 11 and 8. The space was furnished nicely. It had everything we needed. It was really great to be right in the centre of Tamarindo, easy walking access to all the restaurants, shops, and beach. We never rented a car for our trip, and definitely didn’t need it around Tamarindo. One of the highlights for sure was the awesome pool. It was really large, with lots of other kids and families using it. It also had a nice swim up bar to order drinks. The pool area was significantly bigger and better than we expected. RPM property management was also great. I had a few questions prior to our trip and during our stay, and they promptly responded. Great experience all around, would definitely recommend the unit to anybody.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great staff and security. Grounds and Dira were great and area was very clean and first class. Condo had a great view, great housekeeper, comfortable beds, AC worked well but may want to check on the timer shut off....seemed to kick off late at night. Furniture ok, a little worn, some of dishes were worn. All appliances worked great. Would have like to have the balcony fan on and the lights off at night....seemed not to be switched right. We had some roaches....called for spraying....did not expect that issue. Restrooms were nice and clean. Tried calling the office a few times and only got thru once. We arrived on Saturday before noon, office in Tamarindo was closed...had to find a ride to the other office....I under the office in Tamarindo was open on Saturday...closed on Sunday...not real happy about that start to the deal. Our white pass keys would have to be re charged at the Dira front desk from time to time..not sure what that was about. Enjoyed all the restaurants, amenities, shopping, etc...nice place to relax. Very positive stay at the condo and surrounding area.

Reviewer Comments: The rental at Matapalo #405 was a great experience for my family, it had plenty of room, incl the balcony, with a great view. We enjoyed the pool area w/swim up bar. The condo was clean and the kitchen was outfitted appropriately. Our only issue was a lack of pillows for those using the sofa bed, we put the throw pillows inside pillowcases (?), and the master bed pillows disappointed. But overall it was great and we'd rent it again.

Reviewer Comments: The ride that was scheduled by the PM co. did not show up at the airport which was upsetting as it was sunset, I have never been to Costa Rica and do not speak Spanish. However, the property management was able to rectify the problem and I was able to get a cab and get to the condo. My friends showed up the following day and we had not problems the rest of the week. Someone cam in to clean the second day which seemed silly as we had just arrived. It would have been better to have someone come in the middle of our stay. Everything was clean and beautiful! Overall the trip was wonderful.

Not a high end luxury resort but a nice, clean, 3.5-4 star resort. There was a large family pool which was clean as well as an adult pool. The furnishings were also modest but adequate. There was a grill at this unit which most others lacked. When we arrived the rental agent said they were having a problem with the water. Well...she was right. The water made everyone in our party a little ill. Not to the point of staying in bed all day but in need of pharmacy.
