Fantastic property! All of the staff were super welcoming & very attentive. Augustín gave great recommendations for the city & helped us set a beautiful estuary tour of Las Baulas park. All in all, we had a great stay! Thank you for having us!!

It was our first time in Tamarindo and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This was a very central location in the middle of all the action. Beach is a couple minutes walk. Clean place great breakfast included and their cafe is was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a centralized place with loads of action.

We absolutely loved our stay at Refugio Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere has such a great vibe—relaxed, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff was amazing and truly made the experience special with their kindness and attention to detail. The food was incredible, and every meal exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well cared for, and the location is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
