「Everything was great. The staff is friendly and they work hard all day. I hope they get compensated good. Without the staff, it wouldn’t be possible. Definitely recommend this place for families. And to the people complaining about finding some bugs, lol its Costa Rica..」

「The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad. I wouldn't recommend doing the ATV forest tour through them. It was mostly farmland...

「I had an amazing time at this Hotel. I was nervous because I was on a solo trip, but i felt completely at ease and safe. The views are magnificent and everyone was friendly. The free shuttle service to downtown Tamarindo is great and I enjoyed the beach club that we have access too. The food at the Hotel is excellent as well. I really loved my experience.」
