St. Petersburg - Clearwater Tampa Bay Grand Prix Hotels

"Easy parking, easy check in process. Some negative talk between the check in staff from the manager during check in but everybody has bad days. Ants in room and pictures on site make the hotel appear more updated than it actually is. Overall not terrible for having airport right next door (there was minimal to no noise from planes). "

"I spent over $200 a night for a room and our window view was of a very busy expressway right outside her window. Was very disappointed. I didn’t expect the Ocean but did expect better. We found Hair balls on the carpet. That weren’t ours. The outlet in our bathroom did not work and so we had to blow dry our hair elsewhere."

"For a premium quality and price hotel brand I was extremely disappointed. The lobby and breakfast area was excellent but that is where the excellence stops. Upstairs (2nd) floor the hallways smelled like funky mold. In the room the smell wasn't as bad as the hallway but it did still linger. The room cleanliness seemed ok. The main reason for the low review was there was NO HOT WATER. It was extremely cold shower. Before anyone else could shower, I called the desk. They apologized and there solution was to wait about 15 minutes and try again. It didn't work all night, or at least till we went to bed. We weren't offered any kind of compensation or room change and other guests that i talked to expressed the same issue."

"Was very pleased staying at this property. For a budget hotel, it was clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. It is conveniently located between st. Pete, Clearwater and Tampa. "
