“We stayed here from Tuesday to Sunday and had a great time. Mr. Nelson was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. My SO worked during the week and was able to set up to work remotely with no problems. We will be booking a stay here again.”

“This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. Walmart, super markets, all fast food, waffle House is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Super convenient and wonderful. The renter was super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience. ”

“Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views. ”

“I was in town for business… this was the ideal location to get to the Amalie Arena area as well as the rest of Tampa for restaurants and the airport. Apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the river. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.”

“Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4”

“Room was great for the 2 of us. Morning sunrises were spectacular. Really enjoyed the private beach and hot tub. With walkable restaurants, basketball and pickleball courts, there’s something for everyone. Todd was great with prompt communication for all questions.”

“We had an awesome time at Our Little Nest. Location is perfect proximity to the resort, people are friendly and the condo is just the right size for 2 people. Beautifully set up with high end decorations and beddings with everything you could need. The owners are very approachable for all your needs. Especially if you need a Lasagna pan. ;-) We had a great conversation with Doug and Traci about their experiences both about the Vacation industry and their lives and the other properties they offer……

“Great pool and sundeck, along with some sandy beach area to lay out if not interested in driving to a nearby beach. Awesome pool side cafe and bar. Since we had already incurred travel and other expenses to attend this wedding, I personally would have like a bit more kitchen storage containers to cook and store food since we did not eat out every. But no complaints overall.”

“Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay!”

“Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzügig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der Tür da. Kaffee im Zimmer genug vorhanden. Es sind sogar Badehandtücher vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hier war ein Traum für uns. 2 Tage waren uns……
