The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the disposal and dishwasher not working but when I put in a request for help, the hospitality manager showed up within minutes and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day. Would definitely stay here again.

This was hands down the worst experience from a noise and lack of sleep perspective. Each building is 4 stories. If you are anything but the 4th floor good luck. You can literally hear the person upstairs snoring and using the washroom. The person upstairs from us got up at 4am every single morning, and did not leave until after 5am. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in it was so loud. The construction is so cheap and so poor. We barely were able to sleep. Absolutely terrible experience and sad considering the apartment is very adequate and clean.

everything was so nice and clean! we did find a roach in our house one morning but we didn’t think nothing of it because of the fact we were in Florida i did contact them about it and they came and cleaned our unit and changed our sheets! other than that it was so quite everyone was so respectful!

It was a bad experience, no entry code and spent 3hrs and didn’t get in until 8am next day. Lost a night, had book a room down the street. No refund for the night lost. Wife was screaming when we got in as a live roach was in the sink of the master suite bathroom. Place is brand new😒never again!!!!!!
