Overall a great experience.The house itself was clean, modern (beautifully remodeled), and located in an excellent and safe neighborhood centrally located in the city, making it pretty simple to travel in virtually any direction whether downtown or West to the airport/St. Petersburg. Although the check-in process had a bump in the road due to the wrong door code being communicated, I appreciated the host responding within minutes through the VRBO app with the correct door code. I also appreciated the host checking in after the first night to ensure that everything was okay with the stay. The check-out process was clearly defined and overall smooth, as there was no follow-up red flags or unforeseen charges that hit me post-checkout.The house is overall comfortable, as are the beds, with an adequate air conditioning system for the hot FL summers. Adequate water heater system, clean bathrooms, smartTV in living room, and coffee makers were all appreciated by my party.This is a newly listed house on VRBO so growing pains and opportunities are understandable. While nothing major to report, opportunities included a lack of WiFi information upon entrance (later requested through the host), lack of adequate amount of towels to guest ratio, and some communication issues regarding false charges before check-in (though mostly seemed to be an error on the VRBO side, was still difficult to navigate).Overall, I would recommend it and stay here again.
