I booked a room with two beds, but when we checked in, we were initially sent to a room on the 5th floor that only had one bed. We went back to the lobby and informed the front desk. The staff apologized and gave us a new room on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately, it also had only one bed. We returned to the lobby again—still carrying all of our belongings—and let them know. After checking the system again, they finally assigned us a room on the 2nd floor with two beds.
By the time we got settled, it was 7:52 PM. We went to the restaurant, which was advertised as open until 9:00 PM, but we were told the kitchen was already closed and they would be closing in 7 minutes.
