Peaceful
Absolutely charming and relaxing home. We spent every evening on the back porch listening to the water fountain out in the pond! Our hostess was amazing and so kind. We definitely will come back!

Nice Villa in Saddlebrook
We enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline’s villa. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable with pleasant views from the screened in porch. We also enjoyed the golf and tennis facilities in the Saddlebrook Resort. (This is not included with rental)

Wintering in Florida
This was our second stay in the condo. If you cook like I do, you will need to bring your favorite toys to cook with, like knives, wood cutting board,non-stick skillet. There are stores to shop for food near by. Plenty of golfing and a 1 1/2 hour to the gulf. Traffic is a consideration. Don’t be in a hurry. We would rent again but would be better prepare to bring our stuff with us.

As advertised.
We stay from December 30th-February 2nd and will return February 11th-March 2nd. We winter in Florida and play a lot of golf. This condo is in a golf resort but there are courses more reasonable around. If you like to cook I suggest you bring your favorite knife, cutting board and spices. Otherwise, this kitchen is doable. There’s a Walmart and Publix very close and a few nice eateries. I like to cook so eating out is infrequent. We would come back. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. If you are a swimmer like me, the East Pasco WMCA is close by.

The apartment was as described. Clean, spacious and located in a nice development. Local shopping within minutes. The extra bonus was the screened in back patio facing a beautiful lake. Great to relaxin the mornings while drinkinb your coffee. We will definitely stay hwre again while visiting my daughter in Wesley Chapel. Thank you Jacqueline for habing us stay.

Wonderful Property
This is the 3rd time we’ve been fortunate enough to book Jacqueline’s property. It is perfect for two people. It is in the Saddlebrook resort and the homes’ surrounding area is quiet, beautiful and clean. The home is decorated well and is super comfortable. The large patio is a dream for watching birds and butterflies. The kitchen is fully appointed and the home has a laundry room. Look at the pictures.They tell the story. Can’t wait to go back.

The place was beautiful. The owner was accommodating to our late arrival due to flight delays. The condo was very clean and as nice as the pictures I saw online. It’s quiet, private, and a great size for my husband and I. I highly recommend the rental. We hope to be back soon and would surely rent it again.

Very comfortable and beautifully appointed
We were thrilled when we saw the property in person. Even nicer and larger than photos. I would suggest renters of this unit know that a day pass of $30 per person or a resort membership is required to use the pool area and games. However ,I can speak as a previous Saddlebrook renter, the price of this beautiful unit is still a bargain compared to Saddle brook reservations for much smaller hotel style rooms and suites. A vehicle is probably necessary for elderly guests to get to the main pools and restaurants. No day pass is needed to eat at the restaurant. Highly recommend this unit and owners.

Comfortable, safe & quiet secluded setting
What a great spot! Was unaware it was in the middle of a golf course community with a spa (that was closed) - did not know if the tennis courts or spa were available to the VRBO guests? We stayed for 5 nights, very spacious, a laundry facility or washer/dryer would have been a plus. Beautiful decor - will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Relaxing Vacation
Enjoyed our stay in Wesley Chapel. Everything you need in this area, great golf courses, groceries and shopping. Our accommodations were simply “perfect”. Loved the lanai and spent a lot of time there. Very comfy King bed and spacious rooms in a quiet gated community. The Wesley Chapel area is very easy to navigate. The only negative would be the kids on a dirt bike riding around the pond behind the property. It really disrupts the tranquill setting. Thanks to homeowner, Bob for having such a wonderful home for us to rent. We will be back.

Nice property but overall experience was compromised.
I contacted the owner as instructed when I arrived at the property. He was not able to respond because he had misplaced his phone. He lives only minutes away and knew I was arriving. More of an effort could have been made on his part to try reaching me. After waiting at the property a considerable amount of time I contacted HomeAway and decided to check into a hotel. I was finally contacted by the owner AFTER I had checked in to the hotel. My entire stay in Florida was for three nights after traveling from Connecticut. Losing time waiting to check in to the property I had paid for and then having to check into a hotel and then check out of the hotel and then check into the property the next day was a huge inconvenience. Before arriving I had also gone grocery shopping thinking that I was going to be able to utilize the full kitchen to preparing some of my own meals. I could not utilize all the provisions as I wanted to because I did not have proper accommodations at the hotel for food preparation. This incurred more expense and inconvenience. Although I am understanding and sympathetic to the owners situation I must say that this stay was not as enjoyable and relaxing as it should’ve been.

He wasn't upset with the property as he fell in love with it and offered to buy it. i have been rated 162 times and received a 5 star from all but this one client..He has every right to be disappointed as he said i misplaced my phone and was two hours lateHe was given accommodation for the hotel and his having to wait.This was the first and last time this will happen.

Another great stay at one of Bob' units!
This is our second opportunity to rent from Bob and his wife. As expected, the process went smoothly and the unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean as a whistle when we arrived and suited all of our needs during our stay. The location is wonderful. Very quiet at all times and in a nice community, yet close to many businesses and restaurants. We loved our stay, yet again, and would come back in a heartbeat thanks to Bob and his wife!

What a great vacation!
What a great vacation! The place we stayed was very clean and beautiful . The spacious overlooking floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room in a large beautiful setting. The master bedroom and suite had ample room for all your clothes and any thing else. The half bath was very useful. The best of all was the screen in porch with the fan and plenty of comfortable furniture. Thanks for the wonderful place, we will be back.

Great Place to Stay in Wesley Chapel
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious one bedroom in Wesley Chapel. It had a lovely patio with grill and pleasant lake view. There was a washer and dryer off the patio in a separate room. It had everything we needed! The Saddlebrook grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed walking around here. Bob was responsive to questions. We loved having all the conveniences of a home for about the price of a hotel.

Nice, spacious property in a quiet, gated resort setting
We really enjoyed our break from cold and dark England, in this great location in mid Florida. Wanting to "eat in" mostly, there was all the necessary services close by, and plenty of malls for fun vacation shopping. Being in a gated location, we enjoyed the unhurried walking in the Florida sunshine. The accommodation was quite spacious and we soon adapted to our own comfortable routine. The hosts, Bob and Jackie, were very kind and responsive to any of our enquiries. Being back home now, we reflect on how much we enjoyed the stay.

A Great Little Gem
We had the opportunity to rent this one bedroom home for 2 weeks while we were working in Tampa. What a great little apartment! Well appointed and maintained, very clean, nicely furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner, Bob, is very responsive and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent here again and would recommend this unit for anyone in the area needing a comfortable, quiet apartment.

We were not familiar with Wesley Chapel so we were taking a bit of a gamble when we booked this spot. Very Nice Place
Was a great place for wife and I. Was the first time to go to Florida to see if we would like it as a place to come to every year in the winter. Chose that place because we only needed one bedroom and was in a gated community and looked very nice from pictures. It was everything we expected and more. That place was very nicely furnished and had a homey feeling about it. Had plenty of room and great screened in area with a grill that we used on nite. We had people come to visit us and they were impressed. Had everything a person would need as far as kitchen utensils etc. I would go back again if we decide to go back to that area again!!

Very comfortable home, very attentive owner, convenient location
This beautiful home is in a quiet cul de sac location. But accessible to everything we needed to get to. It is a one bedroom, but my child found the sofa to be extremely comfortable. The porch is fantastic and a very restful place to unwind. The house was very clean and the owner responsive to our needs. I recommend this property to future guests.
