Beautiful remodeled 1 bdr, 1 bath, corporate condos, short or long term, ALL included, cable, Wifi, electricity, water/waste washer and dryer in units, wood and tiles floors, quiet, private backyard, close to SOHO, airport, Amalie Arena, Bayshore etc. full kitchen with cooking ware, all you need is your personal effects ! pets are welcome, parking, and private backyard with grill and patios sets, short term accepted, good reviews

Fantastic place to stay at
The owner was great, communicative and accommodating. The location is excellent for the Tampa area. The unit is great and was as described. It's not only a great area, but great people. I loved my stay and the people that were there!

Long term stay , everything worked out !!
We rented this unit because I am a cancer patient at Moffitt in Tampa. The location is great 5 or 10 minutes from everting! The trip didn’t start out that well, but I must give credit to Lisa the property manager and Serge the owner for quickly fixing the issues. They immediately had the cable guy there, they purchased dishes and pots and pans. They cleaned the apartment again. So by the time we were done with our stay, everything worked very well. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a nice weekend or weeks trip. As a cancer patient we could not really enjoy the area and I wasn’t able to swallow so all the great restaurants in the area, I could not enjoy. If you are a football fan of Tampa or a Yankee fan for Spring training this unit is right down the block from the stadium!!

Oakford Park Tampa
Nice, quiet and updated condo with good location when visiting Tampa. We rode our bikes at the riverwalk and only took 10 minutes to get there. Good area.

Clean and quiet
Property is in a good location, central to Tampa and all it has to offer. Apartment was clean and quiet. It's a little tired and needing some TLC and the furnishings were not high-end but, comfortable. Only real complaint; no coffee, shower soap/shampoo or kitchen dish towels. It's nice to have at least enough coffee to make a couple of cups for the 1st morning.
