Hotel was located in the perfect location where it was central to a lot of different areas in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. Will definitely come back whenever I go back to Japan.

Quiet & safe especially at night. 5 min walk to the train station which is convenient. There are a couple grocery stores nearby which is helpful since the unit had an induction stove and a refrigerator. Also many small restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

There’s a small (3cm) step right before the front entrance that is hidden but the shadows. Easily can trip or slip off it’s raining.
Otherwise, the staff were polite. The cleaning crew did a great job and the area was perfect. Close to grocery store, konbinis, within walking distance of several stations.

"I liked the property because it was within 1/2 mile (805 meters) of the Yokohama Passenger Cruise Terminal and walking distance to chinatown. What I didn't like was that there was no shuttle service from the hotel to the cruise port, particularly since it's so close!"
