Had a wonderful stay at Ethel Cozy Suite. The apartment is humble, cozy, and very clean. It felt comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The unit was well-maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the check-in and stay process. Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.

Our check-in experience was pleasant and our stay in the apartment was great, thanks to Wendy and Jason who were extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped. Will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Appartement idéal pour la région et en transit

L'appartement est bien situé mais pas dans le centre ville pour ceux qui recherche cela. Pour nous, en famille, c'était parfait d'être un peu plus au calme. L'appartement est correct, spacieux mais attention, les lits sont très durs et ne conviennent pas à ceux qui ont des douleurs. Quelques soucis avec les douches qui arrosent les salles de bain faute de bac récepteur suffisant , mais on se débrouille. Nous avons séjourné une nuit en transit, globalement satisfaits. Une alarme incendie a par contre sonné toute la nuit dans l'immeuble, un peu pénible. Il y a une machine à laver avec une fonction séchage qui ne semble pas fonctionner. Les climatiseurs sont présents mais il ne fait pas super chaud dans la région, donc c'est un plus pour ceux qui en ont besoin. La communication a été parfaite et fluide, les explications pour arriver très claires

Wendy and Jason was a great host! I send a message and they responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. They gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. The instruction covers every single detail. Plus they were super super helpful when we accidentally left something behind! Absolutely honest, kind, and very very very considerately helpful. This stay was absolutely clean and stylish. We felt at home and it is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. The sheets and towels were all fresh, and the place was well equipped. kitchen was equipped with utensils, electric stove, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and even filtered water! We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. The location is very convenient, we didn’t have to drive far off or walk to far because there were restaurants, convenient stores, Starbucks, cafe, massage place, souvenir shops and others around us. It’s definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!
