「Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. 「Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.」

"The hotel is located in an easily accessible area that is close to different hiking trails and close to Tanah Rata. My husband and I joined the jungle trekking organized by the hotel and we had done Trail 10 with a guide who is super informative teaching us all kinds of plants in the jungle. It’s worth doing that. The best part of our 4 nights stay is our massage in their Spa. We had a 30 mins tea bath first followed by a Malay massage. The service is very good and the massage is almost the best we had in the past few years experiencing different massage in the resorts in Phuket, Danang, Bintan Island and Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, the spa environment is quite noisy, as it is situated near the staff motorcycle parking area and close to the main road, with no soundproofing in place."
