“Great location!! Pleasant staff! Check in was super easy and our room was close to elevator as requested. The bed was really hard like a wood box not comfortable for a good night sleep after spending all day at the beach. We noticed the room lighting was very dim. Please insert some led lightning near bed or television. Also clean your shower heads and remove water stains from around bathing facility. Water pressure low coming out shower head. As a building inspector this room would’ve been in……

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

“I been coming to this hotel for years can’t remember the last time I stayed at an another hotel in ocean city. If you want to be closer to the board walk this isn’t the hotel for you . But if you like a low key spot that has clean rooms that are spacious and well kept this is the one for you. If you have kids you are neighbors to McDonald’s and Dumsers for ice cream let alone candy kitchen right on the property. Quick easy 3 minute walk to the beach where the area isn’t so crowded. “No towels. Broken elevator. Bad internet. Fuzzy tv. Staff tried to deliver towles at 1130 at night while we were sleeping”

“There was a lot of noise that night in the parking lot. In the morning, they informed us that they had evicted the people responsible for that noise.”

“The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never……
