「I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent.」

「Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

「I like that the property is quite far from any city or town, however, that does come with it's own downside. The property is not all inclusive, and you can see that it has aged. 」

「suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal.」

「Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.」

「It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.」

「Trendy design hotel, there are a lot of parking space and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. If call grab to city centre, the cost is only MYR11.」
