This place is in a great location a 5 minute walk from downtown, the beds are so hard it was impossible to sleep , the night was little more than 900 pesos which is not bad for the location , they offer coffee and bread which is nice , they do close the door at night so if you go out you need to knock for someone to let you in, they couldn’t find our reservation but the staff was very helpful and let us into our room anyways , only one person knows how to manage Expedia reservations so we had to comeback until that person arrived and was able to help us , other than that place is good if you need a place to spend the night

Hice mi reservación con suficiente tiempo y el día que llegue me detuvieron por más de una hora porque tenían lleno el hotel, al final me ofrecieron un cuarto sucio, feo, sin tv, y se escucha todo.. el personal de limpieza se grita todo el tiempo sin importar el hospedaje, francamente totalmente desagradable

Muy buena la atención del personal del hotel, la habitación es sencilla pero está limpia, queda a unas cuadras de la plaza principal, por lo que puedes ir caminando sin problema alguno, cuenta con estacionamiento.

El hotel está super bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la plaza principal del centro; la atención del personal fue muy buena, muy amables y atentos; la limpieza de las habitaciones excelente, las toallas y sábanas impecables y olían muuy bien; en las mañanas había café y pan de cortesía. Toda la experiencia fue muy agradable, sin duda volveré a reservar aquí en mi siguente vuelta a Tapalpa.

Bien para empezar está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Tapalpa y tiene accesos a las principales salidas tiene estacionamiento propio las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias el lugar ideal para el descanso y tranquilidad durante todo el día tienen a disposición café de olla y panecillos riquísimos, botellitas de agua en las habitaciones en mi caso yo iba con un bastón por un accidente que sufrí recientemente y me ofrecieron sin costo una habitación en la parte baja sin costo detalle que me dejo sin palabras más que gracias en el mismo hotel anuncian el Restaurant el vergel que es otra experiencia padrisima ya que aparte de que está bonito y la Comida riquísima, te ofrecen paseo a caballo gratis y pajaretes abren de 1 a 7 pm y lo demás a partir de las 5 pm pero solo los fines de semana en fin una experiencia inolvidable que espero pronto volver a repetir.
