“The location of this property is gorgeous! We loved watching and hearing the waves crash onto the rock cliffs. The beautiful black volcanic sand beach is right next door and very easy to access. Alma de Mar was a beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff were always helpful, kind, and available. We booked Chef Tavo for all our meals during our stay and he was amazing!! We highly recommend him.”

“Our stay was perfect. Our room was a partial oceanfront and it was gorgeous. The room had everything you need: hot water, air conditioning, and the softest bed plus a full kitchen. “Lora Loca was the perfect place to stay with my family, while in transit between the northern part of El Salvador to the south. The rooms are brand new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was strong and warm. The TV had internet and apps. There’s a rooftop area with ping pong table. The parking was easy and secure. Most importantly it’s minutes walk from the beach, yummy restaurants and little shops.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. “It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.
