"An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed! The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space. I just wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Perfect little hide away, amazing views of the countryside. Cosy Shepherds Shed with everything you need, hot tub was a bonus, we really enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings. The hosts were great."

"Such a nice and peaceful place! The Sheperds hut has everything you need and was immaculately clean, well organized and as beautiful inside as outside. The stars were amazing as there are no lights nearby. I loved my stay!"

"Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! The hosts even offered to provided a telescope to use for the clear nights, which was a very nice touch (we did bring our own) We will be returning again in the future."

"If you need a bit of R&R i highly recommend this beautiful shepards hut. It has everything you need plus a few exciting extra's on arrival. The hosts were very friendly and made me feel so welcome. I stayed here for the weekend with my dog. There are lots of beautiful walks near buy and the coastline is breathtaking. I would definitely return to Apple tree."

"This little place a stunning we have the best time and great location There were a couple of things that I would add a long mirror in the bedroom would be great.And the bedding was so hot for this time of year fleece bedding and a feather duvet was a bit much.But we will be back."

"Wonderful stay! Totally peaceful, with no noise apart from birdsong - just utter bliss.Our host was very attentive if we contacted, but left us to our own devices at all other times.Cooking facilities were great and you could quite easily stay here for the week without stepping outside of the boundary. "We were welcomed by the owner, she is extremely lovely and kind. She took time to show us round, explaining how to use the log burner and hot tub. We had an issue while there with the Wi-Fi not working and she responded to us straight away and sorted it for us very quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious.
