“We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. “Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.”

“Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey.”

“Absolutely enjoyed all of it, only downside for me no yea or coffee facilities in bedroom, even though our breakfast was included. I wake up early & first thing for me is a lovely cup of tea. Had to wait till we went down for breakfast 😊”

“From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did.
