“La casa está muy bien situada y es una zona tranquila. Es una casa cómoda para toda la familia y la pisicina es una maravilla. Los problemas que tiene son de falta de mantenimiento: las manetas de las puertas están a punto de romperse (una mañana casi me quedo encerrada en el baño). La cama de la habitación grande tiene una base con cantos en punta y ha sido una zona problemática de golpes frecuentes. En el jardín hay mucha madera reseca, rota y con clavos salientes. La barbacoa estaba sucia y……

“Overall villa requires tlc, furnishings very tired and need up-dating. Especially the tiles around the pool that are broken and are a trip hazard.No toilet located on same level as the pool (which is not ideal for those with young children). The electrics around the villa are in a poor state, with some exposed wiring in the bedrooms. The check in process, was very rushed, and we were not able to check the whole villa before they left. The villa was not the cleanest on arrival. The kitchen……

“Great villa location and agency helpful. The property does need some refurbishment the Electricity tripped out ten times in the week (although after first conversation with agent was easy to reset). The settees in the sitting room need replacing. Overall great holiday.”

“Couldn’t recommend this villa more! We booked to stay here at very short notice as unfortunately the villa we had originally booked cancelled on us just 4 days before our trip. Carmen was a brilliant host, very attentive, accommodating and always on hand to help with anything we needed during our stay! Carmen even left two bottles of wine for us as a welcome gift! “Cette villa colonial est belle que de l'extérieur. Des travaux de rénovation sont indispensables dans toutes les pièces. Il n'y a pas de couchage pour 14 personnes, le canapé lit est tout cassé, la chambre du bas renferme dans son plafond tous les moteurs de clim impossible de fermer l'œil. Certaines chambres du haut ne possèdent pas la clim. Nous avons du déboucher tous les éviers en achetant du produit, la robinetterie est à changer il y a des fuites. “The house is situated really close to the beach 2 minutes walk. with great restaurants and cute shops around. We stayed for 3 weeks. Every weekend there was a market right by the house. We could get our fresh crepes. :) the kids enjoyed the activities by the beach. There is very cute historical looking town 2 minutes from the house. The port has also great restaurants. The house had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. The oven and the stove are great!! Washing Maschine and dryer are……
