This unit was a relatively new apartment with all basic amenities and convenient parking. It has a washer, dishwasher, and microwave making it perfect for a short stay.The challenge however is the maintenance. We walked into a unit with a broken bed, dirty air vents, dusty sofas, and internet that wasn't working. To their credit, they fixed the broken bed next day. However, the internet was a whole another story. After some back and forth, they added funds to make the internet work on day 2. And much to our dismay it stopped working on day 5 because it ran out of funds. This time, despite a million questions from the maintenance team, internet never came back. It also lacked basic consumables like laundry detergents, soaps, and shampoo. Not a big deal but just annoying when you have to go to Tesco to buy when you take these as normally available.More than the inconveniences, it was the poor service which made us unhappy. If they fix it, this could be a good place but until then two stars is generous.
