“Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside……

“What a lovely place to stay in Sherborne. Beautifully clean, has everything you could need for your stay. The location is great, walkable to anywhere in town and the added bonus of having the station here for day trips.”

“Fabulous large property for a large group, lovely gardens, tennis court and surrounding fields with sheep, very peaceful. Large bedrooms, comfy beds. Bathrooms need to be updated with showers and property felt a little "tired" We all had a great time and would stay again in the future.”

“We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group……

Hot tub and swimming pool were nice and clean . The host , Karen , was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her . The late checkout on a Sunday was a great bonus . The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay. “Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou”

“We booked the farmhouse for Easter weekend and to celebrate our mums 84th birthday. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the house was lovely and warm We had a wonderful weekend relaxing and going to the beaches nearby Highly recommend The Pymore Inn for food where we all went for mums birthday lunch The games room at the farmhouse was particularly popular with the teenagers who had a pool tournament Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care.”
