“For 4 adults attending the Wairakei School of Golf this was a perfect place to stay. One couple and 2 singles each with our own bathroom was perfect. Plenty of space inside and although we didn't use outside it would have been a great space for pre dinner drinks and chat. Being close to town, bars and restaurants makes this place very appealing. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Taupo, close to the be able to relaxaction but far enough away to be away from the noise.……

“The Grove Turangi accommodation was lovely, easy to reach and very clean. There was parking right in front of the place. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with clear instructions. The hosts were very friendly. As an extra bonus, there was a sauna, which we really enjoyed. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we definitely recommend it! ”

“The apartment could have been cleaner. Under the toilet seat was unhygienic, and we had to wash all the glasses before using them as they were covered in dried food or detergent (possibly from the dishwasher). There was even hair in the freezer, and ants in the kitchen meant we couldn’t leave any food out on the countertops.The apartment itself was smaller than expected. Only three coat hangers were provided across two wardrobes – not nearly enough for a family stay. The toilet door also didn’t……

“Such a lovely property in a perfect location for accessing the lake. 2 Mile Sailing Club was across the road - great for coffee, dinner / bar and ice cream! The city centre a short drive away - or a 30min walk via the lakefront tracks. Would definitely stay again. :)”
