“Cozy and quiet place to wind down after a trip to the ski fields.”

“The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. On top of that the owner lives upstairs and you could literally hear lots of noise and sounds like someone dragging luggage backwards and forwards. And you could hear next……

“I absolutely loved staying here. The accommodation is very comfortable and quiet. I had a lovely restful break. The hosts have been very thoughtful with little things like providing a few store cupboard kitchen items and a bit of laundry powder for the washing machine. Communication was warm and efficient and helpful. It was chilly weather while I stayed, but the heat-pumps made the unit lovely and warm. I felt very welcome. If / when I visit Taupo I would book to stay here again! Thank……

“This was a good base for a short stay in Taupo. The apartment and furnishings were clean and in good working order. The apartment is on the ground floor, accessed through a sliding patio door around the side of the house. It has a relatively private garden area of its own. The interior layout is unusual, with oddly shaped but functional rooms and a huge projection screen taking up an entire wall of the living/dining area. “The house had everything we needed. Clean and tidy with ample room. Outdoor clothesline was very handy. Super location, quiet, close to the lake and a short walk into town. Host was quick to respond when we initially had difficulty booking online. ”
