Please supervise children around the stairs, and whilst upstairs at all times.
Checkout Time - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, checkout is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am.
Linen - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally).
BBQ - If a BBQ is provided and used, please ensure you clean it prior to departure or a $50 fee will be incurred. We have provided everything required to clean it in the blue cube.
Kitchen - If a dishwasher is provided please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Alternatively please handwash your dishes and put them away. Please do not turn the fridge/freezer off.
Rubbish - Two bags and a recycling bin are provided free of charge. Please remove all additional rubbish from the property. Please contact us if this is an issue for any reason.
Before Leaving - Please check that all doors are locked and windows are shut, lights, electric blankets, the heat pump and/or heaters are turned off, and return the key to the lockbox. Please double check the house, and lawns before leaving as we often find lost property. Any lost property will be kept for a maximum of 3 weeks before being discarded. We will happily courier any lost property back to you - if requested, a postage and handling fee will be incurred.
Damage or Maintenance Issues - Please report any accidental property damage or maintenance issues as you come across them and prior to departure so that we can resolve issues before our next guests arrive.
Fees - Unfortunately a fee will be incurred via AirBnB to cover any extra cleaning required due to any of the above rules not being followed.
Pets - If you plan to bring a pet, we politely ask you to maintain the property with regard to any pet poop, thanks. We will charge a $50 fee for clearance of any poop by our cleaning or inspection team. Please also note that you will be liable for ANY damages incurred to the property by your pet (or appearing to be as a result from your pet). Please exercise care, and supervise your pet at all times, thank you.
