El balcón de la habitación estaba a dos metros de un edificio de aparcamientos en construcción. Nada que ver con las fotos de la web. No quisieron cambiarnos de habitación. Lamentable.

We offered to refund the early check in amount that you paid and this was credited to your bank account. Von Quest bin ich bisher immer positiv überrascht worden. Nicht in diesem Fall. Die Rezeption war bei der Ankunft nicht besetzt, Infos zur Hinterlegung der Keycard wurden nicht kommuniziert. Man musste eine Nummer anrufen, woraufhin ein Mitarbeiter von extern kam, um zu sagen, er hätte die Keycard hinterlegt. Aber nicht angerufen, weil er die Nummer nicht kannte. Das Appartement lag im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor dem Balkon eine Baustelle. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden. Da kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war, gab es auch keine Möglichkeit der Reklamation.

Hello. could you please advise us as to when your accommodation was as we don't seem tp be able to access your booking, so are unsure if this is the hotel that you stayed at. In order to investigate your issues/complaints we need the correct information. .

Overall is perfect, The only reason I toke one star off is because the hotel did not have toothbrush and toothpaste ready for you in the bathroom. But everything else is great

Beware carpark not easy to navigate in SUV or wide vehicle. Given 2 x single beds - overlooking a carpark being contricted right out the window. Spa bath was unusable? And plug broken - solution was a rubber plunger.

The room facilities were fine and what I expected, however it is clearly tired and well beyond the age that I would expect from a Quest. The entire room need updating, the bathroom was extremely old and tired, the furniture needs replacing, and the room decor needed a refresh/decorating. I have stayed in a lot of Quest rooms over the years and this was the worst I have ever stayed in and will not book this one again.

Location was fabulous. Check in and out was easy and front desk person was helpful and informative. Our rooms were comfortable spacious and clean. I like the option to recycle in the room and the washer/dryer amenities. Parking is a little tight with a large vehicle but i would definitely stay again

A laundry in the bedroom, that is really shocking! Supposed to have a dishwasher according to advertisement, but no dishwasher at all. Unfriendly reception, old kitchen and bathroom. Parking not available unless you pay extra. So disappointing and frustrating!

The unit was tiny and dated. Did not have property doors for privacy and windows for walls with the blinds on the outside (on the hallway side). One single bed in 2 of the bedrooms.

Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with good facilities. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes on waterfront. Only issue was noise inside the apartment. The master bedroom had a slat door so noise from the living room travelled in.

The receptionist was smiley and efficient. Our rooms were large and contained all that you could require for an overnight stay. It was close enough to the sea to give us a sense of relaxation and within easy access to The Strand.

Quiet, very comfortable, dark rooms with comfortable beds helping to unwind and relax. Location was central, enjoyable walking and close to festival, shops, restaurants if thats what u enjoy. Beautiful outlooks and decking to enjoy the sun. I would like to see improved access, key availability for the gym ie one key in use, staff couldnt say where or when it would be returned. Loved it and definitely go back. Thankyou
