"Wir haben uns im Appartment von Carla in San Giovanni sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen: nette Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und vor allem die Terasse mit Blick zur Lagune und dem Meer. Es gibt eine Bar und 2 gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe und ein kleiner Laden ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Der nahe Strand ist weitläufig und nach Norden hin herrlich naturbelassen. "Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. "Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen direkt in der alten Stadtmauer von Posada mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Um an das Haus zu kommen sollte man gut zu Fuß sein da man über einen steilen Weg zum Haus gehen muss. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzplatz im Innenhof (gemeinschaftlich genutzt ) dort ist es sehr schön ist zu sitzen, auch wenn es windig ist. "We spent two wonderful weeks in this charming house. The structure is new and the rooms are furnished simple & very tasteful! Still within reach of Olbia and some very beautiful beaches, but also far enough to offer some marvelous quiet evenings on the lovely terrace! Marco is a splendid host and was always available in case we had questions. We had a great time and will definitely return! It's highly recommendable!!!"

"The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

"We spent most of the time on the wonderful terrace with a stunning view. The house was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Interactions with Monica and Florinda were fast and we had some good recommendations of places to eat and a fantastic bakery to get breakfast supplies and goodies. The parking was only a few steps from the house. The grounds were well cared for and secure. I would recommend staying here."
