「there was garbage all around the front and parking lot. The windows are gone covered with wood and tarp. The rooms are dirty let me correct that very dirty. TV in both rooms but you can not use them. No phone in room to even call the front desk. Guest party in the hallway2-3 am. The only good thing the young girl at the front desk was very pleasant. 」

「We were a group of 14 extended family members who stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Property was excellent, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need. We did have to use 2x of the provided air mattresses and pull-out sofa's to make enough beds for all of us - everyone was however very comfortable. The views from inside or on the deck are amazing, couldn't get enough of it! The rocky beach does make it a bit challenging to get in and out of the water especially for younger kids...

「We had an amazing weekend here. The place was nice and clean and the host was very kind. The kids had a blast with all the toys and games available. I would definitely recommend to my friends. It was my first VRBO booking so naturally I was pretty anxious at first not hearing from them, but then once the check in information was provided, everything was nice and easy. Wonderful place to stay and an amazing host.」

「Our primary reason for this visit was for my children and husband to fish. They had so much fun fishing and spent each day on the dock. The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for and the animals and nature was a perfect atmosphere for us, we even encountered two beavers that wanted to interact and play. It was so much fun and we made beautiful memories there. Thank you Tom for being such an amazing host.」

「This cottage was the most beautiful beginning of our summer. We were able to enjoy the gorgeous lake while using the boats provided, as well as the spectacular docs. This cottage was able to accommodate everyone with its gracious living spaces, and good room sizes with exciting views. 「We spent 3 relaxing nights at this cozy cottage. It had everything we needed just to disconnect for a few days. Comfortable beds and pillows, a fire pit, Muskoka chairs on the dock, 2 kayaks, pet friendly. Alona is a super host, very easy to reach. The only issue was we were not able to use the washing machine cause it needs a special detergent and we didn't feel like driving to get a bottle just for one load. We’d like to come back this Summer.」

「Our group of 11 had an amazing stay at this beach resort in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, with stunning beach views and easy access to the water. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this resort for a perfect beach getaway!」

「My first impression wasn't good at all...dirty floors, dirty countertops, tables, chairs and fixtures. Microwave oven was disgusting!! Didn't clean or use that! The master bedroom was dirty as well were the sheets and full of sand...automatic indicator of "previously slept-in" sheets. I swept and mopped the whole place! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY and a distinct odor from neglect! After about 90 minutes of continual cleaning, only then was I satisfied about staying....FYI. Whomever is doing your cleaning...
