「We were on the 4th floor as we had booked a suite. Was told when we got there that the elevator was broken. So we had to haul our luggage up 4 flights. When we went to use the jacuzzi orange water came out. Left it running for 5 minutes and still had an orange color. For the cost of the room it wasn't up to par.」

「The room was spotless. The staff was also awesome.」

「The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Bala is the bomb. Close to the Kee for a fun show night out. Includes the beer spa too and fro. The rooms are super basic - a comfy crash pad. The staff are all cool and the vibe is chill. Will be back.」

「We stayed in one of the cabin rooms and it was a great experience. Tons of room- even for an air mattress- and it was incredibly clean. With a beach nearby, our room had a broom and dustpan right by the entrance so you can keep things clean. The room came with a fridge and microwave, as well as a small table and chairs. 「The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...
