“This hotel needs remodeled!! It's in such poor shape! The breakfast food was horrible. It use to be so good! I will say say Jackie, Ashley and Jessica was wonderful!! Great staff! The 2nd shift lady (Sherry) was so rude! She definitely dont need to be in this line of work!”

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……

“let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much..……

“Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.”

“We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in. Great places outside for hanging out or entertaining guest. There’s a couch & TV downstairs but also a bed so we felt like we were in their……

“The hostesses was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and responded very quickly. The house was very clean. It had a nice big open area between the kitchen and living room. We had one issue the one bathroom had a horrible order in it like a dead fish. We couldnt even use it because of the smell. We figured out it was from the sewer. There is no vent ouy of the bathroom to outside. So the sink is leaking sewer gas. So we kept that bathroom door shut and didnt really use it all. A……
