Perfect house for a family

Beautiful home
Beautiful home in the heart of Capitol Reef. A short drive out of the park, this home is an oasis. We only booked for 1 night but after arriving we wish we would have booked extra time here. Lovely home.

Great location in Great House
This house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family trip after visiting Capitol Reef National Park. The location is close to the park allowing us to easily visit the park. It was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies allowing us to make dinner. We visited December 2023 and most restaurants and stores were closed for the season close-by and on the way from Moab. We were glad we had planned ahead and purchased our meal needs in Moab beforehand.

We recently stayed one night with our family of 5 and were blown away by the amount of space the house afforded with both upstairs/downstairs accomodations. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. There were nice touches including blankets in baskets in the living room and guidebooks to local attractions.

Charming, Spacious, and Clean
This place is incredible! We loved being able to stay here. It was extremely clean, and had a nice big kitchen we could host my sister's family for dinner. The stargazing is incredible from this location! Bedrooms are large! It has everything you'd ever need, even white noise machines. The host has thought of everything! I would love to come back again!

Great find in Loa!
My large family needed a place to stay near Capitol Reef for the July 4th weekend and I found this home. It turned out to be perfect for our family of 10. The house had a spacious living room upstairs for the whole family and a smaller living room downstairs where the younger members of our family got together. Very clean and comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies.

Great place for a retreat near Capitol Reef
We stayed here for a small group women's retreat and were all very impressed by this home. It had a great kitchen and living area with a large TV and lots of room to spread out. The home was very clean and neat. It was a very short, easy drive into Torrey for restaurants and the property was also very convenient for hiking in Capitol Reef. Overall, a great stay!

Great stay!
This property was perfect for our two families. We enjoyed this quiet small town and the close proximity to a neighboring town for dining. We were in a great location to get to Capitol Reef and some other close sights that were on our agenda. The downstairs den was a great addition for the kids to hang out. This was a great place to stay with family! The open floor plan made for a very livable and comfortable setting. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
Unfortunately, we were passing through and stayed only one night. It was a great place for two families to reunite. It was also a nice stop to do a load of laundry. We did the big 5 in 6 days. Hiking at minimum 10 miles a day. Definitely needed a day and a half to 2 fulls days to take more in at Capitol Reef. Much thanks to the owners for opening up their home to us.

We were only there for one evening and the place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was very prompt and helpful. We weren’t far from Torrey and would suggest eating at Rim Rock Steakhouse - fantastic service and food. Would definitely stay again!

Very close to Capitol Reef National Park
This is an excellent family property and very well maintained. There is a large living space upstairs and another living space downstairs, which was a bonus. The inside has been completely remodeled, while the outside of the house has not. Don't let the look of the outside of the house discourage you, the inside is completely updated, with lots of natural light. We will definitely return.

Family Holiday Getaway
We had a wonderful visit to the Capital Reef area with our adult children and spouses. We loved exploring Capital Reef and spent many hours playing games at the large kitchen table and preparing good meals in the well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a lovely home away from home.
