「The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return.」

「We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space and all had ceiling fans for those warm nights. Two of the bedrooms have sliders out to the backyard with a beautiful view of the pond! We were able to enjoy a few sunrises by literally rolling...

「Wonderful location on a quiet street walking distance to beautiful Lewis Bay, (1/4 mile). Home was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a Weber outdoor grill. Our host Kara was readily available for questions or concerns. Looking forward to renting this quaint lovely cottage again!!」

「Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.」

「Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night.」
