「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「The owners of the apartment allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving at 9:00 and check in at 3:00. They showed us the apartment and how to use the special key. They were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We loved having the market and multiple places to eat right outside of our door. Italy was beautiful and the owners made it easy for us.」

Spotless and equipped with all amenities, and what truly made this place special was the hostess! She is the nicest person, so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her guests. Ursula went above and beyond in every way and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a jam! Highly recommended.」

「The location of the hotel was excellent. Near lots of restaurants and shops. Right out the hotel entrance is a pharmacy, supermarket and other shops. Beautiful bakery and cafe just up the street. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast choice is good and sitting in the courtyard is lovely. Great hotel to go exploring Rome. You are only a 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona.」
