Nob at shower room was broken.
I think cleaner already found it when they cleaned the room.
I wonder why they did not fix before assigning guest to the room.
and Refrigerator does not work at all.
Would have given a higher rating but it was all gone when the front desk women (on 29 Jan 2018, evening shift between 5-6pm) had demanded Rp80,000 when I requested for one extra pillow for my backache as room only 2 soft pillows. Poor communication skills as they just dumbly repeated the amount and ignoring the questions or requests. Never had I been told that I needed to pay for requesting for extra pillow in all of the 500+ hotels I had stayed. This is definitely a first. That had made my week long stay at this hotel a terrible and unpleasant one. Will NEVER return to this hotel again and have told all business associates and staff to stay away from this money-minded hotel.
