“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The rooms were damp, poorly maintained, and felt neglected, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable. The biggest letdown was the food. The buffet had very little variety, and much of the food seemed stale and far from fresh. “My stay at The Westin Rishikesh left me with mixed impressions. While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. Throughout my stay, customer service appeared to be a low priority for the Front Desk team. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and guest-focused……

“This place was close to Laxman Jhula. Tapovan ghat 10 minutes and you may like to experience Ganga Arati in the evening, The food at fork and flora was really good. The restaurant is open till 11 I believe, outside restaurants close early.The only bad part was finding the hotel , because it is nestled between Antalya and Terrakota and some time google map mess it up.”

“My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action……
