"Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We arrived on a cooler day in November but the house always stayed warm. Note that this is not the Tejeda you probably heard of but a much smaller village. However, it’s 400m lower and therefore warmer. We appreciated the quiet. "

"Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. "The house is quirky but lovely and the hot tub an added bonus. The views to the mountains across the valley are stunning. It was a 15 minute walk into Teror which is a very nice mountain town. Manuel was a fantastic host who met up to guide us to the house (essential!), was available to answer any questions by WhatsApp and went above and beyond to locate and book a reservation in a bar in Las Palmas so we could watch the World Cup football on the way from the airport!"

"Santa Lucia is a walkers paradise. Abundance of walks direct from the Pueblo and so much more a short drive away. Enough restaurants of good quality a very short walk away as we well as small shops and a bakery. The apartment faces south with tremendous views and a beautiful large sunny terrace with a small plunge pool and comfortable loungers and chairs. There is also a solarium on next level up which gets sun later. The apartment is comfort Ans well serviced. Finally, Carlos is a super host...

Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I absolutely loved my stay here. Julia at the front desk was kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The dinner I had there was also yummy. I only wish they could be more careful about the freshness of items served at breakfast."
