“Upon arrival our room was full of spiders and pee stains on the bed.
And the 2nd room we booked was not even made
Finally they gave us a different room,
The wifi didnt work during the day, we had a blackout so we didn't have any electricity (we couldn't charge out phone) no air-condition, in the new room was also bug in out beds
By check-out they gave us very bad attitude
I hope they're gonna and at least give us a refund as deserved ”
