"Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. "My family has immensely enjoyed numerous stays at the Orient, particularly celebrating the holiday of Succot here this year and for the past four years. Located in the lovely and quiet German Colony, the Orient hotel offers a wonderful all-around experience. Its’s rooftop with a 360 degree view of Jerusalem and the walls of the Old City has an infinity pool and a fabulous meat restaurant and is reason enough to choose to stay here. However, most notable at the Orient is the first-rate culinary experience. Executive Chef Ahmad Salameh ensures that superb food and an ample array of delicacies is consistently provided at each meal, especially on Shabbat and holidays. The restaurant’s managerial staff led by Whaleed, Alian, Gazaleh, and Hirbawi warmly welcomes guests and is above and beyond expectations. Additionally, the reception and concierge staff also make a stay at the Orient exceptional. I highly recommend staying at the Orient! "

"I fully satisfied with hotel location, room clean :), front desk friendly and helpful, the best hotel breakfast that ever had. Great view on the beach. I very enjoyed to have nice walks every morning and evening on the beach:). Flexible with check in and out:). I recommend to my friends and definitely be back when will be in Tel Aviv:)."
