After I said that I would write to the lawyer, they did not return the money for another hour. They refused to change the room, they tried to check me, a woman, into a room where there were just men in the far corner, when I asked to change the room they canceled the booking and a conflict occurred about the non-refund of money. The room numbers are written on the map with a marker by the person at the reception himself, despite the fact that the booking paper does not indicate the number of the room in which you are checking in, and the entrance to the room is by magnetic card, it is not clear who and where and at what time lives there and apparently they do not allow you to check. After all, they returned my money and late in the evening they told me to go outside for 5 minutes without even giving me time to find another hotel. They sell locks for lockers, and when I said that I still had things in the locker, the hotel worker said you have 5 minutes or we will rip off the locks and throw the things out. They do whatever they want and when there are complaints and outright dissatisfaction, which is natural with such an attitude, they throw you out into the street in a disrespectful manner.
