“This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.”

“We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. There needs to be a more stringent final check of room readiness for the next visitor. We found the trash container in the kitchen to……

“We had one of the apartments out back and it was really nice. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and the waiter, Brian I think, was a very nice deadpan comedian. We enjoyed the hot tub too! The only thing we didn't appreciate was that it took about 10 minutes of running the water to get hot water for the sinks and showers. Not really a problem to wait, but it seems a waste of water.”

The food menu choices are limited. Breakfast buffet for $20 is the only choice and food was not good both days we ate there. Lunch was Ok. Suggest adding specials to menus.”

“Booked a last-minute room the day of checking in to ski Killington’s (potential) last day of the 25/26 season. The entire place is so nice and cozy, and I loved the home-baked cookies and coffee/tea station. My partner and I also greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the delicious breakfast. “A beautiful location. Hosts were amazing. Clean and tastefully decorated. My only criticism would be to add ports for charging cell phones and computers. Otherwise, it was incredible. We highly recommend this location!”
