“Hotel and room was very clean. Soap, shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing. Surprisingly quiet, considering that our room was facing the main street. Breakfast was great. However, pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, mattress not the best either. I hardly had any sleep, as I could not get comfortable. Food prices are reasonable, but quality of food fairly poor. I had a beef burger 🍔 but did not enjoy it. Cheap burger bun and burger itself. Chips were nice”

“隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。”

“Lovely hotel room was clean, breakfast was excellent, evening meal was excellent too, great location”

“It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out”

“The room was a bit small making it feel claustrophobic. But it was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were very friendly”

“Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

“The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows……

“Nice and relax place to stay. Strongly recommended!”

“The AC was broken down in the entire wing in the heat of summer. Staff brought fans but that did not help as the windows couldn’t open either. My family and I had no sleep or rest during our entire stay.”

“Door was already unlocked when we arrived 28th Oct even though key was in secure unit which seemed a bit strange considering the place is shut on a Wednesday. Main light didn't work only table lamp.”

“Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.”
